In our way from salento to toche we got ourself a Big rainy day. we had to find an emergency spot and the wildcamp next to the river was impossible to use.
In this restaurant there is rooms available. It's not recommanded unless it's an emergency. Small rooms not really clean with really really old bed. The ladies are nice but a bit rough.
Seems like there is a shower and internet but they didnt propose anything.
we payed 15000 COP/pp. probably possible to camp with a tent.
In case of emergency you will find a roof here !

Impresionante vista de palmas de Cera, árbol nacional de Colombia, sobre hermosas montañas. Sin lugar a dudas donde se encuentra el mayor número de este tipo de palmas. Puedes observar y escuchar loros orejiamarillos y diferente tipo de aves.
CorTolima cuida de este ambiente concientizando a los lugareños de no tumbar y deforestar los bosques y palmas más allá de lo que ya se tiene permitido únicamente este para ganadería.
En el intermedio la vía Toche - Salento (Alto de Toche) a una hora de Toche, encontrarás a mano Izquierda de la carretera una casa en madera llena de flores, (Casa de doña Marleni) en este lugar pasamos la noche en nuestra carpa de Techo sobre una explanada a 20 m de la casa.
En este lugar ofrecen servicio de restaurante, wifi y sanitario. La ducha la debes pedir prestada a Doña Marleni, pues es el baño privado de la casa. Aunque a 50 metros existe la opción de bañarse una quebrada de aguas limpias que bajan de la montaña.
on our way from Toche to Salento we camp here, because it became too late. We had a nice meal for 15xxx cop each and nice company. we parked our van next to the restaurant and did not use any facilities. next day, locals told us we could not go further up to Salento because of landslidings and the length of our van. We took the same wonderfull road back trough the majestic waxtree environment.
