Still 200 pp. Nice campsites, very far from each other so very privates. Ablutions block is very clean and modern. There is soap... Wifi only at the lodge wich is quite far and no MTC signal.
Unfortunatly, our camp got infested with flying ants at dark, at the point that it was impossible to stay outside.

It's still as described, even though we were camping, we were greeted with iced tea at the reception. We were the only ones there out of 10+ campsites. Saw a brown hyena wander through camp at dusk. 200 NAD pppn Ablutions okay and clean.

Very nice campsite with power and very clean communal ablutions. Cost $400 for two.
Eating and laundry quite expensive. Breakfast $300 for two. Laundry is paid by each article not weight.
For the camping I would return.

It was great for what we were looking for that day: electricity at the spot for charging loads of batteries, good free wifi and swimming pool to refresh from the 38 degrees heat (it was the warmest and cleanest pool in our 30 days + trip in Namibia). Campsite itself is not that charming, but number 5 had good acacia shade, shower was hot and toilets clean. If you're looking for wild and scenic campsites there's better options out there. But with a short walk uphill you can see a beautiful panorama of surrounding mountains. No internet with MTC but has phone coverage.

Price now 190pppn camping and 50for WiFi. There was not a single guest here but restaurant area is large and looked appealing. Decided not to stay here as out of our budget. Oasis and Weltvedre are good alternatives.

We stayed one night at the campsite and enjoyed the pool and sunbeds! The ablutions were very clean and spacious, shower has good pressure and was hot. There is power at sites and a braai area. There are some places with shade. We had dinner in the restaurant, not cheap and not everything was special but the oryx steak and the dessert were very nice! Nice to stay here and releax for a night after an early morning in Sossusvlei.

Awesome place. Superb pool, fast wifi (at pool, restaurant and bar). Very clean and big facilities. Braai area and electricity at every site. Some shade by trees.
The whole lodge will.be renovated in January of 2021. Also they will build a second house for the facilities, will add one more pool and modernize the old one. Worth taking a look. Very friendly staff! Stayed for 3 days instead of the planned one

Nous avons passé 30 jours en selfdrive à dormir dans des campsites et c’est définitivement l’un des meilleurs campsites que nous ayons eu en Namibie. C’était exactement le genre d’endroit que l’on recherchait pour finir notre voyage : un emplacement avec vue magnifique, une piscine propre avec serviettes fournies, du wifi performant, un restaurant avec de la nourriture délicieuse et des employés excessivement gentils et à l’écoute. Les salles de bain étaient très propres et fonctionnelles. Mon copain a été malade une journée et les gens du personnel se sont très bien occupé de lui et prenaient fréquemment des nouvelles de son état. C’était très calme et paisible. Chaque repas que nous avons mangé était excellent et on a accommodé mon copain avec un menu adapté à son état. Les responsables venaient toujours s’assurer que nous ayons besoin de rien. Magnifiques levers de soleil. On recommande définitivement cet endroit qui est classé trois étoiles, mais qui est selon nous définitivement supérieur à la moyenne. À 40 kilomètres de Sesriem et de l’entrée du parc pour aller à Sossusvlei. Ils organisent des activités pour y aller. Merci à toute l’équipe et au plaisir de revenir vous voir !

Nice resort witn a small and clean swimming pool. Ample sites with electricity, tap water and braai stands. Paid 165NAD for 1 car 1 person. Internet average and only by the swimming pool, bar and reception, not on the camp sites (some 100m away). I did enjoy the little oasis this is just before Sossusvlei. Gemsbok family seems to be permanent residents in here!

A great stop 40kms from Sossusvlei. Lovely pool area with bar (try the gins :)) to relax at. Good and clean ablutions that were being renovated when we stayed. We had the 4 course set dinner for NAM 305 and thought it was worth it. The food was very nice! Very friendly staff and warm welcome. Good WiFi for small charge.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay here. Ablutions (contrary to earlier reviews) were perfectly clean. Staff were excellent and made us feel very welcome. The pool is lovely but very cold! Beautiful surroundings. We went jogging over the hills which was spectacular and also went horse riding with Desert Homestead across the road for their sundowner ride which we would highly recommend. Only issue we had was lots of flies at the camp and a kudu who came and tried to eat our peppers :) Oh and WiFi is still not great but who cares.

Toilet and showers were ok. They specifically cleaned the ablutions extra because of us. Internet however, was a problem. Continuously on and off because of which normal use was hardly possibly. During the evening and night this improved significantly. Still not good enough for voip calling.

All as previously described. Sadly still being let down by the ablutions. We had great showers - good pressure and plenty of hot water - but really not very clean at all. Such a shame as this would be a fabulous campsite otherwise. That said, it is probably still the best value for money in the area.

Nice Lodge with a good restaurant, a nice pool for camper also. The campingplace is behind the Lodge, every place has electricity, a braai area, light and a watertape. The ablution are ok but not realy clean. We stay there two days and nobody cleans it. The showers are hot over the whole day. For the WIFI we pay 50 NAM Dollar. The staff are very friendly.

Still $135pp and still great. The best part about it is use of the lodge facilities (very nicely done, lovely pool area and indoor seating area to use the fast WiFi). Pool is icy cold but still nice to lounge next to it! Breakfast is $125.

Only downsides: camping bathrooms not amazing (over 3 days no one replaced loo roll and showers are not always hot and quite weak), and we often felt treated a little ‘second class’ for being campers, even though we were told we were welcome to use the lodge facilities. E.g. Self service tea and coffee is not in fact free for campers but we weren’t informed, they watched us drink it then charged us later ($50 for coffee!). And we were asked to check out and move at 10am so they could rake the sand, even though the place was completely devoid of other campers...

Still loved it overall! Great to recuperate for a couple of days.

Lovely pool, great staf. We were happy that we decided to stay here and not in Sesriem. By car in the morning is about 30min to the gate.

Nice and spacious spots. We were the only ones staying here eventhough the booking agency in Windhoek told us it was fully booked.
Each spot has a braai, light, and electricy, no water.
Ablution blocks are not very well maintained but the pool, restaurant and friendly Staff are definitly a reason to visit. Still only 135 nam $!

This must be the best camping deal ever!

This is a luxurious resort with a super polite staff always doing the little extras to make your stay the best possible.

We paid N135 pp for camping, which includes use of all the facilities. The pool is really nice with comfortable sunbeads and towels provided. The WIFI in the reception area is the best we've had in Namibia so far. Free coffee and tea available by the reception.

Lots of clean showers and toilets available by the camping area. Outdoor sinks for hand washing clothes and dishes. There's also seating and braai facilities by the campsite!

I'm certain this is one of the best camping deals in Namibia. They have a restaurant and fully equipped bar, the food is really delicious, but is a budget breaker. Would recommend brining and cooking your own food if you're on a budget, if not be prepared for exotic 4-course meals and awesome food.

Decent prices on beverages and alcohol.

This is one of those places you need to come in the morning and just enjoy the entire day here, or easily spend a few days.

Place is in a nice setting.
