perfectly quiet spot with nice beach!
just take the inner route to the camp! driving on the beach is prohibited. there is an area (after the restaurant Brisa Mar) where driving on the beach is allowed and takes you to the camp but you need a permit which you get in town. police controls! you get a fine if you're driving at the prohibited zone or without permit on the allowed zone.

just get in touch with Lourens via whatsapp before you go there and wait for him at Brisa Mar if he tells you to wait for him :)

Lovely, quiet spot. We texted the day before Xmas Eve and got a spot over the busy Christmas period. The campsite doesn't feel busy as there are few sites that are well spaced apart.

Every site has some view of the ocean, plus power and braai. It's a very, very quiet and peaceful part of the beach.

There are now 2 x showers with warm water and 2 x toilets.

Very nice owners, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Lourens even spent a few hours with us working on an issue with our dual battery system.

We paid 600 pppn + 200 per day for power. Not sure if that's more because of high season.

Very very nice campsite. You are next to the Beach (at least the two first camping spot). The beach is amazing, very clear, with very few people except some fisherman.
One flush toilet and hot shower.
We were alone so we can have the shadow spot below big trees. If you like to have a quiet place you will love it.

Very beautiful location right on the beach, and wonderful arrival with a beach drive (thanks to the owner).
But very far from the town (so basically nothing to do but walking on the beach), gooses noisy at night, showers only with trickle of water and super windy (check the weather forecast before).

Beautiful campsite, one of the best spot in Africa!

Very hard to find, must call the owner first for clear directions - +27 72 447 6463 (Whatsapp)

165 rand ppn + 90 rand for electricity pn
(Weird conversion rate to mzn, ask in advance what the current price if paying in mzn)

Perfect campsite right at the beach, very quiet. After the cyclone, the back roads were flooded, but you can also reach this place by driving along the beach in low tide. Access the beach one road after Brisa Mar. Very friendly and helpful owners!

We arrived late looking for a place to wildcamp. This campsite looked perfect for us, so we decided to make an exemption and asked if we can stay overnight. They gave us the best spot right at the beach next to a lovely seating area with stunning sea view. The Braai was still hot, we were asked to use it. Highly recommendable, also because of the super welcoming owners. 400 Mt pppn.
