I've stayed here for 2 weeks, I have a 40ft bus rig. there was another RV around too. the street is wide and somewhat quiet. cars come and go but not a main traffic route
it's against a wall with no apartments or houses around, just by a huge bus station. no one bothered me here and it's close to a lot of shops and restaurants. including the famous arizmandi pizza!

this was a safe and quiet spot to spend the night. we were here on a weekend night, when no one was coming in and out of the Pixar offices. might need a little more caution on a weeknight.
Report Check-InThis is the address for Pixar Studios. I don’t know about the rest of the day, but at 3am when I got here the. HVAC tower was running its fans at a constant 65db. Too loud for me, so I found a spot a few blocks away.
Report Check-InIf you need a place in this area of Emeryville than this spot is ok. I spend two nights here and had no issues.
But the street is busy and cars came by until 11pm and picked up at 4am again. Since you are parked right at the street you’ll definitely notice them.
Report Check-InEasy place to park for the night. Traffic picked up early morning but overnight pretty quiet. Like the others said beyond the street sweeping there’s no restrictions on parking. Smelled like a huge flower garden when I was here so that’s a treat in a city
Report Check-InNo parking 8 PM to 5 AM on the first and third Sunday for street sweeping. Other than that the spot seems pretty amazing. No NIMBYs around to tell you to get out of their neighborhood. Also rolled up in a 25 foot skoolie and feel totally safe here, but sadly it’s the third Thursday of the month lol. Cool skate park nearby
