stayed here at the Beach. it was nice and peaceful. No problems anytime. Beach little cluttered but gre a t views. During day lifeguard under tent from 8-5. Nice restaurant where you can eat. I did not use their baths.

Just spent a very quiet night here with other overlanders. Nobody bothered us. The 4 of us had dinner at the Magdalena restaurant. No shadow at all but free.

Spent 1 night here before crossing to honduras. It was free. Very quiet. Felt safe. Just a few locals fishing in the morning but at night we were just by ourselves.

Public parking, with plenty of space, for small and big rigs. We spent two nights there, with two more RVs. Felt safe.

Great little spot, very chilled and friendly locals. we'll lit up at night and felt very safe. right next to the ocean, and the restaurants allowed us to use their toilets. I didn't feel any mosquitoes during the night, but there are fire ants. However, i didn't get bitten. decent spot!

Quiet & free parking by the beach. We felt safe. Well lit at night. We ate at the second restaurant to the beach it was excellent

Really great spot to stay! Definitely recommend! Super quiet even on a Friday night. Beautiful sand art installation on display currently!
There was a pylon blocking the way out (and in) when we left in the morning. Not sure if it was there all night? The nice man just moved it for us (you can move it yourself too, it’s just a small orange one).

we slept here, on the parking lot for two nights, it's free, there are toilets closed but you can ask the key to the restaurant, it's quiet and really beautiful, we loved it so much, much more than el cuco...

flat car park right on the beach. some restaurants nearby. we watched a nice sunset from the beach. prices at restaurants okay. relatively quiet. the toilets were closed but the restaurant owners had the key. the showers weren't working and there was not even water coming from the taps. we had a beer in the restaurant and used their bucket shower at the back of the kitchen.

nice public car park, on the beach, no shade no free toilette or shower, no electricity either.
bucket shower behind restaurant, toilette need the key from restaurant to get in.
lights during nights quite and safe,a lovely couple of traveller with a motorbike were camping on the beach.nice breeze not to many mosquito

big, free, parking space straight at the beach, next to police station. There are a couple restaurants, (solar powered) lights, toilets, showers and electricity. All free!
Asked the lady from one of the restaurant if it's safe, she said yes.
Some people drinking at night but they didn't bother us.
