Great place to spend the night. Trains do pass through the night but other than those it was very quiet. Pit toilet is clean and stocked. This area is not the conservation area but mainly a boat access ramp to the river. It also has a marker detailing the Lewis and Clarke expedition. The conservation area is further north but no camping is allowed there.
Report Check-InALWAYS will give 5 stars to our Missouri Department of Conservation areas and accesses. So blessed to have these areas in my home state as many states have nothing like this. No fees, level parking, clean, well maintained. This one even has bathrooms and access to the Missouri River. No problem getting there in my 32ft motorhome.
