CONAF office and entrance to the different trails. There are toilets and water. Entrance to the viewpoint and the sendero are free of charge. Viewpoint is short walk. Sendero is 4 h walk, you can enter between 8:30 and 13:00. Tours on the glacier also start here but must be arranged at Puerto Rio Tranquillo, with guide.

Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Just to make clear my report below: Sorry, prices of course in CLP, not ARS
Report Check-InYou have to pay 9000ARS for entry to the park and there is just one trail without the view of the glacier. Much more worthy to continue the road and enter the park at the next point - 300m - private sector. For 5000ARS you have two trails with glacier view and two in the forest by the river. Toilets and water available and you can spend a night at their parking lot.
Report Check-InClosed due to strike. Only open for glacier hikes booked through Pto Rio Tranquilo, but their free trail up the road is closed. Not very friendly ranger.
