Description
Entrance to the path along the glacier to the viewpoints Alta Platforma and Baja Platforma. If gate is closed, ask the Conaf guard to open (office 200m down the road). You cannot enter before 8:30 or after 13:00. Free entrance

Indeed you have to pay to the conaf office 9000 CLP pp and it’s still open between 8:30 to 13:00
It’s a 4h hike, and the path is not that easy. But the view is spectacular ! We had good weather and it’s one of the best view on a glaciar we have done. If you don’t believe me watch the picture ;)
Would love to see how people got in for free…. It’s currently 9,000pp for foreigners, and seems locked after hours
Report Check-InCurrently closed due to CONAF strike. A ranger stopped us as we were walking toward the entrance gate and was not friendly.
