Good spot, close to the national park, we spelt here 2 nights and we didn't had any troubles ! We were alone.
Report Check-InVery nice spot that is NOT a private property at all.
It's the parking of an old BC user-maintained trail, not maintained anymore and therefore "closed for hazard". Some people still come to walk on the trail has it is still in good shape.
We stayed here 4 nights without any problem, there were 4-5 vans/campers each night so I can't imagine how busy it is in high season 😱
There's still a driver honking each morning when he goes to work though.

Report Check-InBon sport, nous y avons passé 4 nuits. Arrivés avant 20h pour être certain d’avoir une place. Le spot le plus proche de Tofino et Ucluelet et aussi proche du visitor center. Nuit calme mais souvent klaxonné le matin (sûrement qu’il n’est pas apprécié de tous de voir des campers hors des campings).

The place is ideally located 5mins from the intersection that leads you either to Tofino or Ucluelet.
When we stayed there, the trail was closed so there was no noise, and we didn't disturb anyone entering the trail.
There is about 10 spots available. The two nights the area was full, and we had the last place arriving around 9PM.
I recommend the spot as it's safe and not too noisy (despite being close to the road)
No issues camping here. It's a busy & popular spot. One truck drove by honking intentionally in the middle of the night.

Report Check-InSome falling apart RV and old car parked at the spot, trail is closed. Still enough room for few rigs. Spent a night, between 1 and 2 AM someone kept on driving by every 5 minutes honking as they were passing us by. Bad vibes, looks like locals do not want any boondockers in or nearby town. Spot is still available, but not recommended.

Report Check-InParking for "a walk in the forest" trail. Stayed here for five nights while we were visiting Tofino. It's about a 30min drive into the city but it's the best you're gonna get if you don't want a ticket. You won't be the only one there, very often we would wake up to some new neighbours but everyone was friendly, no issues. We found some chanterelles on the trail! Quiet spot at night, enough room for about 5 vans/campers. Be respectful, clean up after yourself and hopefully this spot won't catch the eye of the piggies.
