Description
Beautiful lake with hundreds of flamingoes… the road from Tarija to this spot and then onto Yunchara is paved and in perfect condition, few cars just perfect in every way! The dirt road onwards from there to the junction F14 is some of the most scenic and perfect dirt road we have come across in Bolivia!
I highly recommend coming this way when going between Tarija and Tupiza or visa versa. Yes the dirt road is narrow but it’s in great condition and not used that much… if you have issues with heights and precipices, maybe avoid, otherwise don’t miss it, it’s awesome!!!
Oh yeah, lots of wildcamping options along the way for tents or vans. Perfect in every way!

If you take the road from here to Tupiza it is one of the most beautiful roads in Bolivia through the mountains. Sin pavement but easy nice road.
