steps from the historic district, marinas, and bar/restaurants. if this one is full there are several other public lots. public bathrooms are in or near most of the lots. free parking, no signage prohibiting overnight parking, it was quiet and we slept great on labor day weekend.

Nice and quiet! Plenty of public parking lots. NO signage regarding overnight parking. We saw a police car in the lot near our campervan around 9 p.m. We weren't bothered or told to move.
Report Check-InQuiet parking lot at the CBMM museum. A few people walked by late in the evening and in the morning. We left about 7:00am since we noticed a few staff started to show up.
