Description

Very nice and quiet place with sea view. just before the private blue house. place for 1 rig (van or truck camper).
It was difficult to find the road between the houses to find the camping spot, but I could see the spot up high beyond the houses and found the turn-off in that way.

Nice and quiet, lovely ocean breeze and sunset in here. Enter via a little dirt road called Oliver’s Cove Head road, we went past the picnic table and chairs at the top of the hill and down towards the blue house - great spot to tuck in here. Lots of locals hiking by on a trail that goes out along the point. All very friendly. A few potholes coming in but manageable. We are in a 25’ Sprinter van.

Absolutely the best campsite you could hope for on Fogo! towed our 18 foot trailer down a well maintained gravel road (of course some pot holes but not bad at all!) drove right down to the water right before blue house. Got camp set up and then walked around the cove trail where there were whales waiting for us. Magical sunset for our dinner prep...then the mosquitoes drove us inside but we were ready for bed anyway!

A very quiet peaceful night. One other couple from Montreal went further on down towards the blue house.

Beautiful spot, with great views. But be careful, the parking area is full of old rusty nails that are hard to see but could still puncture your tires.

Beautiful! Away from people and the regular road and located elevated from the rocky shoreline. Windy and lots of wave noise. Room to park 2 b or c class. Slight slope towards the water as expected. Road in his potholed but tolerable. Be careful Google maps they try and take you on the street before but don't do it! It will wreck the bottom of your vehicle. Look for the trail marking signs.

The sea sounds & sights are lovely here & the trail is a spectacular way to view the North Atlantic.

Quiet night with only a Fox visitor.

Best location, get it if you can. Great view, super quiet and off the trail!

What a fantastic place. Just the ocean, greens, Blueberries, stones and a few houses. Quiet and magic. Not a lot of space, but enough for one rig, maybe two. It depends on the size ofc.
