gosh! these BLM campgrounds along the Dalton highway are quite nice. I'm here in October and this campground is no different. I'm the only one here snow on the ground but it looks like they just came through an empty trash and cleaned toilets. debating heading to the Yukon River camp and staying there tonight instead. this campground is way attractive though and I'll probably stay here for the night.

Attic Circle BLM campground. This is one of the nicest campgrounds we have stayed at in our two months in AK! Vault toilets are very clean. Only three campers in 17 spots!

Very nice BLM campground. $10/night $5 for holders of Senior passes. Clean level graveled sites. Bear and wolf warning so keep a clean camp.

Report Check-In

Pretty good place. Only 2 other campers tonight. Sign says watch for bear and wolf activity. Lots of the mosquitos

Nice campground. Free until September 5th. Fire crew left. Open to civilians.

nice clean campground, only 4 campers tonight, a good half mile off the road so very little traffic noise. fire pits, picnic tables at each site and several clean pit toilets. the sites are level gravel and should be ok even in the rain. you will definitely need mosquito protection!

Report Check-In

Closed to civilians currently, fire crews are using it as a Basecamp. Arctic Circle tourist area still open.

We came here in 11th july 2019. Good place to rest and sleep. Almost nobody here.
Quiet with tables and pit fires.
Can make barbecues here.
We camped with a Rooftent.

Report Check-In

Still great here! The weather is great now.

Report Check-In

Wanted to stay here but it is closed in winter! With a 4x4 maybe possible if there is not too much snow. We gut stuck with our rv and had to dig ourselves out.
Stayed in the parking lot at the arctic circle sign. Signs that say: “No overnight parking”
But probably no problem in winter

Report Check-In

Free and clean! Plenty of sites with tables and fire pits.

Report Check-In

Nice places, lots of spots to pick. Some more exposed, some more private, and some has picnic table. When we arrived it was almost full, hard to find a spot. Free.

Great free campground North of the arctic circle. We only saw one other person!

Report Check-In

Indeed a beautiful place to stay. There are some trees to protect you from the sun or the wind and the fire rings have grills for BBQ. However most of the places were already taken by the time we came at about 6pm, so it's a pretty popular place

Report Check-In

Yes, we made it to the Arctic circle. and our prize is a great place to camp for the night. Picnic table, fire ring, level site and pit toilets nearby.
