The complex is rather big - to enter the correct building take a right from the main road at the gate and ask. The office is on the 2nd floor of the building at the right, ask for epidemiology.

I waited for an hour to learn that they don’t do is (anymore?). Went to Andy instead...

Health Certificates are now $24. We waited for over an hour for the vet.

Coordinates spot on. So glad we found this on iOverlander. We needed a health certificate for flying back to the states for a break in our travels. The vet was so nice, inspected our pup briefly and wrote the certificate for $20. He also prescribed a little something for our dog for the flight. Definitely go here - can expect to wait up to an hour and a half if it’s busy, but at 2:30 it was quiet.

Friendly staff and vet. The vet spoke good English. Health Certificate 20$, blood test 20$, micro ship 25$ (but only registered in Panama, unfortunately not international). To get the health certificate no blood test is required, he's just checking your dog.
