Description

No need to be in the park. The sunset from here was amazing. We just turned into the first pullout. A quiet night in the desert without a sound from cars!

Latest Check-Ins

Lots of Highway noise. 3bars T-mobile. A lot of used toilet paper scattered around. As usual, clueless humans ruined the place.

Report Check-In

Stayed here in my 42 foot Class A. As others have noted, the road is a bit wash-boardy but it was fine as long as I went slow. No worries about clearance at all. There are several spots suitable for large RV's and many more for smaller rigs.

Very pretty spot. There are a few more along the road. The road is indeed very washboard snd my camper was bouncing around a lot even at 5-10 mph. But otherwise doable with any setup. This spot fit my 13ft camper and truck well. Other spots may just fit cars. Only one or two spots to turn around. Any really big rigs should scout first to see if you can fit and turn around.

I had only 3g on Verizon. Starlink worked well. I believe AT&T signals was also fine.

I did not experience any bugs, but I arrived late and also it was super hot this time or year. Although cools off nicely at night. Not sure I could stay here during the heat of the day.

It was super quiet and it is just outside Navajo territory so no permit needed. But still reasonably close to the beautiful (Navajo) parks.

Nice spot. Road is washboard coming in but completely doable in any vehicle. Spent 7 nights, mostly quiet with little road noise on the weekend. Multiple spots down 307 and some off the side road, those you might need 4wd

Report Check-In

Great place if you like quiet and solitude. Very few cars on the 307, we are in a Class C Sprinter and had easy access to several pull offs. Incredible expansive views to the North. Not very level but possible with blocks, different sites vary of course. Good Verizon service.

Report Check-In

Arrived but bugs were horrible and we chose not to stay. East road access and it may be a good spot if you have a small camper but for vehicle camping the bugs were too much.

Report Check-In

You can either stay along the trail that is parallel to the highway or go up hill a little ways. Many spots in the trees. A few RV's along the road and a couple cars in the trees. Good cell service with verizon.
