Description

the spot as described ( not the trailhead) is through a bunch of Private property and dead end signs. the location as described is parking on an old road.
.....
Just a couple little roadside pull off areas we spent a night. Road noise is to be expected from roughly 6am - 10pm. Large rigs should be no problem. Not very leveled. But there's a nice little creek running this time of year & a curious looking old structure across the street. We decided to park here because we got to this canyon area late at night & didn't want to drive all the way back the next day to enjoy/explore it. No signs anywhere. Our T-Mobile was getting full bars.

Latest Check-Ins

We pulled in after driving all day, dropped down to the creek to dip our feet since it was still 90+ degrees at 19:00. My wife calls me up from out rig and says a sheriff just pulled in across the street (the side that has cool building. Short story long..
It is illegal to overnight park along the canyon until you get to Anderson Campground. Despite no signs stating this law we chose to move on to somewhere else. We have not parked in a Walmart Parking lot and yet tonight looks like our Walmart Overnight parking cherry may get popped.
If you aren't planning on staying overnight than this pull off is great chance to see some water side beauty and take a peek at the water fall.
Blessings on your travels fellow nomads

Report Check-In

As of writing this note, it is illegal to park anywhere along the road in the canyon till you get to Anderson Campground and beyond. A Utah sheriff stopped across the street and he updated me on this area for camping. You could probably do it if you were incognito yet that is difficult in a mid sized Skoolie. The choice is yours my friends.
It is a nice place to stop, feel the cool water especially after driving a full day.
Blessings

Report Check-In

as described it doesn't look legal as the site is parking ON an old road behind some private property and dead end signs.

we stayed at the trailhead parking in our van. No "no camping" signs. Lots of road noise

Just wanted to add a few pix. It also has a nice hiking trail & more leveled parking for smaller rigs across the street.
