Large parking lot for visitors. Fee is by vehicle occupant. Currently E12 an adult, E10 for seniors, includes entry. Stay as long as you want. Overnight no problem. Average free wifi. 4G reception too. Can be very windy. Visit cliffs as often as you want. Bathrooms at visitors center when open. There are some in the parking lot but closed due to COVID now. No other services.
