Description
Road north to sowe town has narrow paths lined with thorny bushes. The path here is also more difficult and steeper at the dry river sections than the road leading into kukonje island. Had a tire puncture as well. 4x4 needed when wet

North from Sowa town to Kukonje island is appr 50km of good and easy track across the forest. might be difficult with big rig but no problem with a regular 4x4. Just one steep river bed crossing might require high clearance and might be difficult with 2WD, otherwise it is really an easy track in dry season (not sure about this river crossing in rainy season). kukonje Island is definitely worth the few scratches on the car.
