Beautiful free spot with a decent dirt road up to it. Near a water tank and the generator and pump may be on. I parked on the opposite side of the big tank facing away from the generator in my van and couldn’t hear it. Turned it off for the rancher once the tank overflowed. He also came by and said it was fine to turn it off if it’s too loud at night as long as you can turn it back on in the AM or until it overflows.
Almost no traffic during the week and great access to trails that are often accessed from middlegate. Buffalo creek mining district is nearby as well. Happy camping!
I’d recommend at least all terrain tires, if in 2wd or carry a shovel just in case. No high clearance needed and no service. I wouldn’t recommend a BFRV, but campers vans cars etc should be fine.
