Description

*Overnight camping/parking is NOT available at this location.

Great spot nestled among the tree line just outside of Myrtle Beach. Flat paved parking lot. We originally pulled in here thinking it was a city park so we could make dinner but ended up staying the night. Everyone left shortly after it got dark and it was mostly quiet but you can hear a little traffic. No signs or notices saying no overnight or course hours.

I did see a sign with a list of rules. One of them said no overnight parking and I didn’t want to chance it. I went to the Food Lion down the road instead.

Very nice spot! Spent 1 night here in our van, was very quiet. A policecar drove past when we were cooking our breakfast, but didn’t stop.
We left around 9:00 AM.
Toilet on site, but very dirty.

Report Check-In

This was a great place to stay. Lots of trees and no lights so it was dark for sleeping. The porta potty was typical but there when I needed it. No one bothered me. Two other cars were there when I woke up. It is busy with golfers so I arrived after dark when they were gone and left before they arrived. Nice place: don't spoil it. Very good location.

Quiet night. No one else here and checked with a parks guy who was indifferent about us being here. NOTE: the park will be closed 11/3-11/6 for a tournament.

Great little spot, we stayed here 2 nights. The second night there was another camper that joined us. Quiet, safe, and would definitely recommend staying here!
