Could not find it. Asked someone who works at the place and the spigot is behind the building.

This is a very public place to get water. The girl behind the counter said it was cool to do fill up big jugs of water but we felt a little awkward filling up our 6 gallon jugs in front of all these people paying to eat at Dornans. The spigot is easy to miss, check out the pictures. It is on the backside of the bar hut building.

Looked all around for the bar and said spigot and see nothing here.
