I parked up at the end of the roundabout next to a restaurant and had a lovely peaceful night (aside from the tinny Christmas music - in mid-Feb! accompanying a little disco lighted shrine - moved a bit further away so the waves drowned it out!) No weird vibe at all, just super friendly people and a stupid amount of birds in the estuary. Toilets and bucket showers available in the restaurant. Decent Telcel service.
