Popular parking space for RVs. The first two nights I was in town I parked at camping world/bass pro, with no problems. On the way out I passed this lot and saw several RVs here both days. So I decided to try it on my third night. Close to the railroad tracks but they don’t seem to run too often at night. Otherwise very quiet. Yes, there are no parking signs posted, but the Sheriff just rolled by and didn’t seem concerned at all. There are at least 10 of us parked here right now.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Looks like a campground here . Tons of vans and rvs parked here . No one was bothered but super noisy here. It’s right next to the airport and train tracks and some super weird noises but if your a good sleeper then no worries. I didn’t mind the noises and got a good night sleep in.
Report Check-InParfait pour RV la nuit et le soir. Il suffit de repartir le matin pour éviter de se faire avertir.
Report Check-InWe showed up on Sunday night around 10 and left around 9 the next morning. At least 10 trains came through the time we were here... even as I am writing this there is one...not sure if we just happened to come on a busy time. Directly next to the tracks, so woke us up each time unfortunately. Spots are limited in the area though so it was good enough. There are indeed "No parking - tow zone" signs on on side of the lot, we slept on the other side along with 10 other rigs and were fine. Lots of people had their doors wide open as the weather was beautiful. No bugs!
Report Check-InNormally I would have parked at Bass Pro Shop parking lot but tonight came from the other side of Anglers St and discovered this back parking lot. Several other RVs but still room for my rig. Very quiet, very nice! Hopefully it won't be ruined by inconsiderate RVers.
Report Check-Inplace was mostly quiet, about 7 other vehicles parked there and most were gone before 730. gets busy very early on weekdays because of the worksite next door.
Report Check-InArrived there around 10pm, and there was at least 10 others vans/RV/skoolies/etc!
It was really quiet, we heard only one train in the morning, not too much light, we've had a good night, we will definitely go back!
**We have a 40ft skoolie (converted bus) and 12ft trailer and still had a lot of place for many other big rigs!
