Wollie and Nelmare run a small campsite (only 5 plots) and few cabins in the heart of the Dinokeng Game Reserve. The selfdrive from the main road is excellent: we even managed with our truck. From the campsite you have excellent view on the waterhole.
We stayed at campsite 3 with private ablution and kitchenette for R150 pppn. Small kiosk, snooker table and ping pong table on site.
Saw lots of game visiting the waterhole when we were there

Enjoyed my stay at the camp.
All is neat and clean and working.
You need to pay conservation fee and car fee 80 pp plus 50 for the car as a once off - goes to the reserve.
Camping is 150 pppn.
For selfdrive in the reserve you need to purchase a selfdrive permit - then the 50 rand for the car will be included.
Weekends the reserve is much busier because of all the city people enjoying their weekends.

Report Check-InGreat camp and in the process of developing new "bush camps" with no power and own ablution facilities. This will be additional to the already established sites with power and hot water ablutions.
