Awesome campsite, there’s fun slick rock right out the door for kids to scramble on, a nice ring, some shade trees. Beautiful view of the valley. Feels open but protected. We had 5 bars Verizon with our booster.

There is a lot of free BLM camping here at the base of the cliffs. Very quiet and the requirements that you only camp at existing fire rings keeps campers far apart. Convenient for Goblin Valley where you can get portable water free. Charge for dump. Easy access for any rig. 1 bar intermittent ATT.
Report Check-InVery quiet. A few other campers but everyone is spread out. Flat spot with fire ring and road wasn’t too bad. 1bar Verizon LTE
Report Check-InThe latest two reviews are referencing the Temple Mountain Campground just NW of this location. This location is BLM camping with no facilities.
Report Check-InDedicated large open lot with restrooms, picnic tables, fire rings not far from Goblin Valley. Sign on the restroom says they will begin charging come Jan 2023. We saw other spots nearby that people were boondocking on as well. Stayed 1 night. Nice dark sky to see the stars including the Milky Way on this clear November night.
