Plenty of safe free places to park in this very nice part of downtown Memphis, walking distance to Beale Street. Normal street noise, full service ATT. Great developing neighborhood with Hustle & Dough around the corner with free WiFi and very comfortable seating, and The Green Beetle down the street with plenty of TVs for sports and excellent food.

pulled in 8:30pm friday night. the street looks fine, quiet. i'm here for a mere 30 minutes. two guys walk by, hear them talking, one tries my door handle, again, locked, continues walking. i don't need this tonight. i changed locations to Bass Pro parking lot, lots of campers, good lighting, security.

Felt safe, both S. Front street and surrounding streets. Apartment buildings, wide street, not terrible parking a van, even an extended one. No parking limits. No street cleaning.
Full bars LTE (Verizon) Lots of large trash cans. Next to a park, the river and a stunning gated community open to walking during the day. 1.5 blocks from adorable and bustling Main Street.
If you drive down S. Front (away from the busy part of Main, (south west) it’s quieter at night. The side streets are also quieter but not too close to the train.
