Description
This is a city park, just off Route 54 in Meade, KS. There are a few free campsites available, well marked with camping signs. There are flush toilets nearby, picnic tables, and trash receptacles. Mild road noise from Route 54, but not bad, and it gets quiet after 9 pm. A few cars drove through in the evening. ATT LTE and 2-3 bars phone. A great place to stop for the night.

Cute City Park with a few camping spots. No electric or water hookups but has a dump station. Running water in heated bathrooms. All decked out for Christmas with a lot of light displays. It’s COLD and I thought about plugging into one of the displays for my heater. But I did not.
Report Check-InCute city park all decked out for Christmas. It’s really cold! 27 degrees with a windchill and having electric would have been amazing for me and my pup. (In a Yukon on our way to Arizona) The bathrooms have running water and flush toilets and it was warm inside. One other Skoolie here.
Report Check-InGreat spot for the night. We were the only ones there. The bathrooms were open when I visited them in the morning. Our daughter played on the playground before we hit the road again.
Report Check-InFree RV parking, plus dump station. Signs are pretty clear, space for maybe 5 rigs. Look for the blue RV signs.

Super nice. super cute. absolutely worth the stop if you have kids or don’t. room for everyone to run around. running water, bathrooms, room to stay. picnic tables, girls, activities. cool spot.
Report Check-InReally nice place to cook food and stretch your legs. There are some no camping signs, and we were only there during the day. There is a spigot at the water fountain that’s great for washing dishes.
