Good spot just outside of Bend. usable T-Mobile LTE at the first few sites. just before the badlands rock trailhead (same turn off highway). nice views, quiet and typically drier than Bend.

Beautiful spot! Good T-mobile service. Nice and flat, big enough for a few campers in a group. Not sure if it's legit or not, sign says no four-wheel'n or motorbiking, doesn't say no camping. Nice big fire ring, thanks to the last person that left some wood.
Report Check-InAs previous reviewer mentioned, this spot is legal to camp so it shouldn't be marked as closed. Anything before you come to the "no motor vehicles past this point" sign is legit and subject to the standard BLM 14-day stay rule.
Report Check-InBeautiful Spot. A little sketchy as to what’s allowed. There is a road first on right that leads to about 3 spots (somewhat close to each other). However, if you go to the next road (20 ft further) there is a sign that says no motorized vehicles.
Stayed 2 nights here. On the afternoon of the 2nd day. The Sheriff stopped by mentioned that the sign up ahead says no motorized vehicles past that point. So these first sights are ok.
Definitely enforcing the 14 day maximum stay. The sheriff was really awesome and mentioned that they have to patrol the area for people that try living out here and also to check the fences since this area is along private property. WATCH WHERE YOU EXPLORE.
Overall if it’s a clear day the views are amazing! Sunset & Sunrise both pretty Epic here.
Legit off highway spot. Up a little side hill into a clear fairly flat spot with fire ring. Great spot and no one around.
