Standard rest stop. Lots of spaces. Decent separation from truckers. Lots of shade and picnic tables. Bathrooms old and a bit messy on my visit. Vending machines. Dark edges at beginning and end of car lot. Dog walk area. 3 to 4 bars AT&T 5G.

pulled in around midnight to only one other van lifer/car camper. lots of truckers on the other side who have their engines idling, but it’s not something that particularly bothers me.
there’s a wide range of spots on the car side, which i appreciated. i like parking away from other people when i sleep lol.
bathrooms are clean enough for me. typical rest stop bathrooms.
will edit my comment in the morning if i have any issues with overnighting. but so far so good!
