Carnegie SVRA has a campground with 20 designated spaces available on a first-come basis, along with picnic tables, potable water, flush toilets, showers (coin operated), and shade ramadas.
I didn't actually stop here, but given the scarcity of campgrounds in this region I thought this should be added here.
Happy camping!

We stayed here for one night during a weekday on our way from SF to Yosemite. 10$ a night. Very good price for what we got. Especially considering the campground prices around SF.
This place had: Lots of individual space, clean toilets, a fire place, table, an trash cans for every parking slot. We had an quiet evening. We were the only ones there. But thats probably because no dirt bike-events happened at that time. When thats the case, the camping ground is packed (the guy at the station told us). During weekdays there is also early traffic noise at around 6:00 am. But that didnt bother us to much. Earplugs helped ;)
Would definetely recommend this place and come here again.
Stayed 2 nights. Only $10 with hot pay showers. Close to I 580 and Tracy. Expect noise from dirt bikes.
