Kwik Trip Mart Oaring Lot 2 Harbors. Kwik Mart is on a main street near town. There is a huge parking lot in back for additional parking, great for one night and the mart is like a grocery store. Very safe and quiet. We almost parked at the waterfront park but saw a police presence in town so we changed our location. In the morning, we did see vans from previous evening still parked there. This is a beautiful town and the waterfront trail is exquisite! I love Two Harbors. Make some time to walk the trail. Also, a local brewery in town and a well-stocked liquor store with unique spirits.

We stayed in the large gravel lot behind Kwik Trip. Quiet and dark. 3-4 others there for the night. Plenty of room and flat.
Report Check-InAs previously described, they have a large gravel lot back behind the paved areas that is hidden from the road in addition to the paved spaces behind the store. Please leave the center of the gravel lot, and the back paved lots for the many semis and large rigs that overnight here. There is plenty of room around the outer edges for vans and cars. We had 3 semis, 4 vans, and 2 cars last night and could have fit in several more. Half of the lot is covered in grass and flowers, so nobody parked there, but it makes a good place to walk your dog. When we were here, there was a van staying with 4 large dogs that were roaming around off-leash for 30 minutes or more at a time. We have a very timid little dog, so we stayed in our rig until they were back in their van. The dog owners did stay outside and kept an eye on them and would put them inside anytime a new rig arrived or if someone else was outside of their rig. So it is a manageable situation. Honestly, I can't imagine traveling with 4 large dogs and 2 people cooped up in a van. So I understand why the dogs need some outside time to run and play. Overall, this is a great place to stay for a night or two. It is far enough away from the train track and hwy that the noise is not bad at all. There were no lights at night, but it still felt pretty safe and peaceful.
