Was obviously a community of beach houses and commercial establishments, now completely abandoned.
Lots of trees, open grassed areas, beach, palapas, roofed buildings, semi-collapsed structures, empty swimming pools - take your pick.
Sept. 2021: Very rough waves (dumpers), black sand beach. Not suitable for swimming.

Agree with previous poster. Don’t camp here. I arrived and there was someone walking up the beach with a machete..common enough, so I asked if this place was safe. His response was that this is private property and it is not safe to camp here because there are alot of people at night. I was tired and ignored his advice. I put my tent in the bushes out of sight after he left. I heard gun shots (target practice assuming) at 8:30pm and then from 9:00pm to 11:00pm the beach had high flash light traffic and lots of voices. Aside from being a creepy spot it is also a very well used spot by locals. Don’t recommend.
