This area is older but very well kept. There's a park right in the middle with equipment for kids to play. This is an area largely for van-lifers. The streets are large and not crowded. There are apartment buildings around the corner where street parking I'd common. A few blocks from fuel and shopping. I saw no posting against overnight parking. It's close to Highway 5 but far enough that you can't hear the traffic. Very nice really. Please respect our neighbors.

As advertised, quiet, level, and spacious. Slightly bright with the street lamps and traffic light, but hardly a problem.
Report Check-InPlace was as advertised by others. Plenty of room to park and felt safe. Relatively quiet. I would recommend.
Report Check-InGood spot! Series of small parking lots between two rows of homes. No prohibitive signage. Mostly quiet with the occasional loud car driving past. Was in by 1:30am and out by noon without any fuss. Please keep it respectful for the residents so this spot can remain!
Report Check-InPublic parking in downtown Renton with no signs of any kind. No time limits indicated. No room for big rigs. This is not “Old Seattle”. This is Old Renton.
Report Check-InRecommended! Lots of space, quiet (just cars passing by every now and then), some other camper vans. Only negative: no facilities (like toilets).
Report Check-InNice, quiet neighborhood parking lot. Sits between homes, townhouses, apts, near businesses so tried to keep quiet ourselves. Plenty of space on a Monday evening. Walked a couple of blocks to bars & restaurants. Woke up with a few more vans around. No one bothered us. Only negative is the occasional loud car.
Report Check-InExcellent spot. Spent two nights here with no issues. Quiet at night. xfinitywifi hotspot (you need an xfinity account).
