Irving Parkway can fill propane tanks, they do not offer the stupid propane tank exchange system like many others do.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.

Propane, in short either get there before 4PM leave it there and they will re-fill or be there just before 4PM and they will do it while you wait. Otherwise you are out of luck as we happened to be this time:)
