Something not right?

Description

We arrived in the dark. Knew we were within NG boundaries, but could not find signs/ markers. Finally found a small sign at entrance of dirt road that entered the grassland from the highway.Lots of O&G activity all around, so noise is very evident from nearby paved road, as well as O&G lights. t's public land near O&G activity, the wireless signal is good. The road into the grassland is dirt, a fair amount of bump, but we brought the van in with no issues. Seems quiet enough, just lots of truck noise. It's a National Forest Grassland (National Grassland), so public land, and since it's public land in eastern Wyoming, it appears very used, just FYI. Assume dispersed camping, and please pick up after yourself. The bubbas seem to leave a lot of garbage here.

Latest Check-Ins

Stayed here last night. Nice place to spend the spend the night when passing though eastern Wyoming. No one else around.

Report Check-In

If you have a hard time breathing in heavy exhaust areas, I'd advise you avoiding this area.

The oil and gas companies have made it so a layer of exhaust (and other fumes) float from the ground up to about 100 feet plus.

It was a full moon last night and I couldn't see it until it reached it's maximum height in the sky.

Also, a buncha mosquitos. Killed about ten on me in the first minute or two I was outta the vehicle.
