Description

Good ole’ Cracker Barrel! It has a sign or two that point RVs to the back.

Lots of level spots and the legendary Grandmas Sampler in the morning, if you’re so inclined.

A little noise off the highway, but overall nice and quiet.

Latest Check-Ins

Easy access from interstate. Appears safe and well-lit. Very large parking lot. We stopped here after reading many webpages that said there was a 3 hr limit to parking in NY rest areas (also read some that said it was ok but decided not to risk it.) Traffic noise is present but no louder than 80% of rest areas. Good wifi with Verizon (3 bars).

Report Check-In

Same as any other Cracker Barrel. Except there are only 3 rv/bus designated parking spaces available.

I do love free camping. 2 others shared the lot. Quiet and well lit. I always get breakfast in the morning. Figure it's the least I can do since I camped for free.

Standard Cracker Barrel restaurant. One class A and another van with me tonight. Not a whole lot of parking for larger RV's, about 4 spaces. Highway noise until about midnight, then it was pretty peaceful. Lots of shopping and restaurants around. Walmart across the street has "no overnight parking" signs posted. As always check with the manager to see if it's allowed. Safe travels!

3 pull-through RV/Bus spots. We parked our van in a regular spot. There were 3 other RVs here. Well lit - lots of road noise but we’re used to that. There’s also a Walmart in the same lot where I saw a couple larger 5th wheels. There’a a Texas Roadhouse next door so you do get quite a bit of noise until they close.

Report Check-In

Just as the previous people have said, there was rv parking.
We parked next to it in our van. They don’t allow tow trailers there.
Slept okay, kind of noisy and the road starts very early.
Good for just one night and passing through. Another car parked a little bit away.

No issues.

Other campers in the parking lot bright lights looks safe. excited for the breakfast !

Report Check-In

Parking lot is fairly busy until about 9pm at night, still plenty of spots to park a van. Quiet overnight except for some noise off the Highway, though it’s not too bad. Definitely better spots out there but this one fully sufficed for a night driving through NY state!

Report Check-In

Stayed here the night after trying to hang out at Senica lake by the Finger lakes NF. Quiet night, two other vehicles were there. I wouldn’t recommend even going through NY though. Everything is expensive, you’ll get sick after one night and a lot of the good spots are private property.
