Asphalt parking overlooking the Iroquois Lock. Many places to camp. Peaceful place with some noise from ships' engines during arrival and departure.

Report Check-InAn incredible park and place spend a night camping. Large paved lot. beautiful spacious lawns with picnic tables. many people park on the lawns but we spoke with the head of maintenance and it is not appreciated. You would likely be asked to leave. He explained that the park was posted no camping but the sign was torn out a few weeks ago. It will be replaced soon. He seemed to indicate that they don't bother anyone who stays one night. We stayed two and that's why he kindly spoke with us. We learned a great deal about the operation of the locks from him. That was spectacular to watch, day and night. And we noted that the they were quieter than most Sea-Doos.
Report Check-InWe got burgers and poutine at Lockview burger shack and asked if we could park for the night. They said it was no problem. We parked in a normal parking spot, but other campers parked along the edge near the grass. It was quiet and we got to see a ship go through the lock at 10:30 pm. That was the only activity. We’d stay here again. It’s peaceful and well maintained.

Great spot. Big parking lot with lots of space. We stayed one night and worked from here during the day. The locals park on the grass underneath the trees. They told us it’s allowed so during the day we moved our van to be in the shade. The snack bar has nice ice cream too.

Report Check-InLarge parking lot looking out over the canal. So signs saying you can’t park overnight. A fair number of cars coming and going until about 11pm. Somewhat noisy overnight due to the lock machinery going on and off.

Report Check-InLoud drag racing in the parking lot into the evening, bright lights. Conveniently situated within 15 minute drive of an onroute. Nice sunrise, no disruptions overnight.
Report Check-InBeautiful location view of ships at the lock and plenty of garbage bins no need to leave a mess.. Porta potties available and ice cream stand that was sadly closed I recommend this place
Report Check-InHad a great night sleep, no disturbances in the night, didn’t even hear the boats at all. There’s a portable toilet down near the lockview ice-cream parlour too.
