Cozy little spot in the woods just outside Voyageurs National Park. There are tire tracks leading into a gap in the trees on the north side of Ash River Rd. When you pull in there are 2 spots to the right. Don't block the overgrown road/path to the left, that seems to be occasionally used. A group on an ATV visited and headed down that road while we were here, but did not bother us. No "no camping" signs.
We don't have any photos of this place yet.

Nice level spot right off the rd. Bugs are horrible so be prepared with bug spray and mosquito screens on your rig. My dogs enjoyed walking around on their long leads but not the bugs buzzing in and around their ears.
Report Check-InThis was a very nice little overnight spot. There was more traffic than we were expecting, but not to bad. Unfortunately it was a cloudy night so no stars.
