Public area (do need WA Discovery Pass.) Abandoned military base. (1966). Great view of Columbia River outlet. Quiet place. Maybe 1 car/cycle/hr. Plenty of concrete slabs to choose from. (do watch for rebar stubs and your tires.) Small/medium trailers ok. No services of course, but great LTE. Dead quiet at night. Plenty of bear/elk scat. Here for a few nights.

fantastic spot with great views. we checked out several other spots on the way up, but it was worth waiting for this one. cell service reception, some privacy, views.
Report Check-InAmazing spot. Steep drive up here, but beautiful views and you can park on a concrete pad that is totally level. Were the only ones here, no cars passed all night.
Report Check-InBeen up here for a week as I make my way through Washington for the first time. Very quiet and very few cars passing. Nice views of mountains and river. The road is steep but I made it in my sprinter 158wb no problem. Great reception.
Report Check-InUp here in the rain. no one here or down the hill at snag midday. Couple vehicles over two days.
Report Check-InWe spent the night here in our short bus skoolie (23ft). I probably wouldn't take a bigger rig than ours up there. Woke up to snow. The cement slabs are perfectly level and have tons of room. Amazing views, super quiet, middle of nowhere. Good cell service.
Report Check-InAmazing camp spot! Great views and nice level concrete slab to park my truck on. Att service was full bars. The dirt road coming up wasn’t bad and a car or van would do fine
