Large flat gravel parking lot offering free wild camping adjacent to Grand Teton National Park. Best for RVs, truck campers, camper van. No amenities except porta potties. Quiet. Two bars of Verizon.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
If you cant find anywhere to park overnight, this will most likely have a spot. Very open gravel lot. Minimal tmobile and visible service.
Report Check-InThis is a great level gravel stop with partial tetons in view (see in pictures). we stayed here 2 nights. We left during the day. We had 2 bars of Verizon service. We had a very nice stay.
Report Check-InNice big gravel area. Loads of room. Feels very safe with lots of other Campers here.
Report Check-InIt's just a big gravel parking lot, but flat with great views! I've spent money before on places that are worse than this. Some Verizon and lots of Starliink.
Report Check-InGiant gravel area. Can easily accommodate numerous big rigs. We drive all the way down the road and every spot was taken so we turned around and stayed here instead. Easy and convenient. Some unhitched. Lots of Class As. Great views.
Report Check-InGreat spot for a big rig! Flat gravel open space that is level and easy to access. Very close to Grand Tetons. Labor Day weekend and we had now issues parking. Saw some animal bones just off the edge of the lot.

Report Check-InWe were in the area on an extremely busy weekend (July 24,2021). We searched around multiple areas on different days for undeveloped sites and all the designated spots were full. One of the camp hosts in the area told us about this big gravel lot. It’s nothing special, a big lot with all types of campers-big rigs, vans, car campers. But there’s plenty of room and it didn’t fill up either night we stayed. About a one mile gravel road to the lot easy enough for any car or rig. There’s two decently clean porta potty’s as well. Two bars LTE AT&T service as well.
Honestly, very convenient if you’re just wanting a place to sleep while visiting Grand Teton/Jackson area. Everyone was super kind and quiet. If you’re in the area on a summer weekend and wanting a convenient place to sleep for free, this is it.
