Latest Check-Ins

Beautiful place! Lots of trees and shade, lots of space. In the end of March we were the only guests. Price was 8000 pesos per person including everything. Clean toilets and hot water in the shower, sinks outside of the bathroom building, electricity in almost every camp spot.

Report Check-In

good campsite, spacious places with picknicktable, bbq, electricity, shadow, wind protection and large covered garbage bins, which is good as there is a cat. warm showers now 19-23 hr and 8-13 hr.

Report Check-In

10.000 clp pp. so we hare with 2 adults and paid 20.000 CLP.
noisy street and loud neighbours as in all the campgrounds we stayed. This is until 00:00. bathroom is oke. showers are oke. and everything was clean.

Report Check-In

good Campsite a Bit to far from the City. bathroom old but OK, hot Water. arrived passt 2100 because of ferry delay, No Problem. stayed 2 nights to visit the fish Market.

Report Check-In

35’000$ for our truck and 2 adults and 2 kids. Too much expensive, althought the place look quite, the neightboorhood is very industrial.

Report Check-In

The lots of space for vehicles and quite a few animals (dogs, cats, chickens). The sites have picnic tables and there are many garbage bins. No electric or water at the sites. The toilets are clean (but bring your own toilet paper) and the showers seem to only be scalding hot during the hours when there is warm water. It’s also very dark in the bathrooms so if you’re not showering I recommend a flashlight or headlamp. The dogs leave quite a bit of poo on the sites so look out for that. Also be careful with what you leave around because the dogs may chew it. It’s a good, safe campground, although the facilities could use some updates. It cost us 16.000 pesos for two people and our truck camper for one night.

Report Check-In

As per previous comments, all is good. We stayed 4 nights - 1600 pesos for two people and a camper truck. The bathrooms are really dark - take a flashlight if you must go in the night. Easy to catch a bus into centro. Bus will be signed as 'Chinquihue'.

Nice place to stay.
Eletricity and potable water.
Sites are spacious.
No wifi, but good cell phone coverage (we are using ENTEL).
Price is CHP 9.000 pp.

Report Check-In

Promised (electronic) receipt arrived last day of month, may be normal in Chile. Customers had less problems with night noise of other visitors.

Report Check-In

Expensive for less people (CLP 18.000 for me alone, promised to sent a receipt that still does not arrive) and noisy by surrounding people (no night silence respected/monitored).

Report Check-In

good spots for tent but the shower are duty

Report Check-In

There is not really a good organized camping ground in Puerto Montt.
this one is located in a wonderful little park with old shady and high trees, although on the side of main road you can find less noisy inner places.
what is really annoying is the infrastructure is creepy and most probably not maintained since the 80s.
So yes, toilets are cleaned regularly, but if paint, windows, electricity is untouched since 40+years then..
water is technically warm, but no pressure, do not expect a proper shower.
8'000 per person.

Report Check-In

Quaint campground with some chickens, trees and sitting accomodations. Helpful old ladies. Bathroom and toilets are quite ok. We heard no rumor from the street.

Report Check-In

Nice camping by the road, 7000 pp. Warm showers, relatively clean facilities, beautiful greenery.

Report Check-In

The camping is close to the road and its quite busy so a little annoying.
Price is different for Chilean and foreigners, I could negociate 1000clp and pay 12k for 2 and a car instead of 13.
Good things are hot showers from 7:30am to 10:30pm and clean toilets, bit rustic but clean.
Also we were welcome by the grand-ma who, if you have time, can have conversation with you.

Report Check-In

The camping is quite big and the sites are large, but the lady asked 6000 CLP per person. When we tried to negotiate at 5000, she said than the Chileans pay 5000 and the foreigners 6000. Thank you, but we’re not staying in another place discriminating against tourists.

Report Check-In

Friendly owners, little creek and pond uphill with ducks and goose. A bit difficult to find coming from Chinquihue, only sign coming from Puerto Montt; good rest place to await Navimag Ferries quite close by.

Report Check-In

Weird camping. The spots were ok, we stayed for one night only. Very old and not maintained bathrooms, at least the water was hot. A noise area near the road and a fish factory on the other side. Overall, Puerto Montt did not offer many options for camping.

Report Check-In

Large grassy areas, plenty of space. bathrooms and showers are very basic and delapidated, but reasonably clean. 18K Pesos for 2 adults and 2 kids. can get noisy on the weekends, but crowds tend to leave for the night. fire pits.
