Hot showers, free water jug filling and garage & recycling! Didn’t have to pay extra for any. Showers are closed from 12-2 for cleaning (walk up tent site shower area) not sure about the other camping area in the park. $7 park entry fee.
Report Check-InShowers were nice and warm here today. Very nice new/clean facilities. The cleaning takes place between 230-430p it says on the door. No notice that the showers are for campers only, so as long as you paid to get into the park you should be good.
Report Check-InGreat stop! Handicap showers have push-button start and no way to adjust temperature, but the water was nice and hot.
Dishwashing station located behind shower building, and jug filling station on the right side of the parking area. Dumpsters and recycling bins. Took care of all my errands at once!
Definitely worth the stop to see the lighthouse and walk around inside all the historic buildings.
OMG! They felt so good! Specific 1 hour parking for showers. Temp and pressure were perfect. Each shower has individual locked room. Dumpster and spigot here too!
Report Check-InWe showered here today however I’m not sure if they really want this happening. I went inside to pay and asked about paying $7 (day use fee) to use showers. Lady inside working said she had never heard of this but I could try it out and see if the rangers allow it. We bought the pass and took our showers.. we didn’t get bothered. Very nice showers!
Report Check-InCorrection there are bathhouses at both the Shipwreck Creek campground (~10 individual showers) and cart-in campground toilets (three individual showers). All are with hot water and no coins! You still have to pay the $7/day entrance fee to the park in order to park your car, both bathhouses have parking lots adjacent. But you do not need to pay for a camp site. Shipwreck Creek is brand new!
Report Check-InThis place is awesome. New showers! Next to Shipwreck cg not the tent cg. Hot water! No coins needed. Pay $7 per car not per person for a day fee permit and everyone in your vehicle can shower by themselves. Buy the permit, a ranger will fine your vehicle if you do not have a pass displaced.
