Description

Rest area with washrooms, electricity, no wifi, running water, picnic tables, pet friendly. We stopped here for supper and set up camp afterwards (2 cars, 1 tent, 1 hammock). A few other cars and trucks arrived later in the evening to sleep here too. Relatively quiet spot. Around 8 am it started getting a little busy, some trucks came here to dump water.

Definitely the most private rest stop on this stretch of road. If you are heading east there are also spots to turn around close to the rest stop on either side at least when there isn't snow. Not sure if they would plow it.

Bel endroit sécuritaire avec eau courante et toilette. Vous placer côté voitures non pas côté camions dans le simple but d’être plus tranquille. Belle table picnic tout en haut avec belle vue.

Overnight here and it was perfect on a Wednesday eve…didn’t hear a thing! Road is just over but not loud and truckers had their own parking. Woke up to about 4-5 over nighters. Bathrooms work and physical topo map inside is cool! Naughty little prairie dogs have been conditioned to beg for food at picnic tables - sadly, they will have a rough winter learning how to eat human food … great location and peaceful. Saw garbage getting collected so this place is loved by Alberta

Nice rest area to spend the night; near the road but if you’re not bothered by the noise it’s ok !
The washrooms are open all night and there is running water.

We stayed here in a roof tent and it was completely ok; there is also a pet area and some camping tables.

Nice open parking lot with spaces for semis, rvs and vans. The washrooms were really clean and there is a heated area. Right off of highway 1, very convenient for the night

Great place to stop. Washrooms are clean.

Reste area ou l'on peut dormir, j'ai même mis ma tente. oui c'est près de l'autoroute, mais c'est pour un soir, donc parfait et très propre

This is a great spot for an overnight. I’m here mostly by myself, a couple of trucks have pulled in briefly then left. I can barely hear loud trucks on the highway. Did hear a coyote howling. It’s just far enough off the highway dump station is here, saw someone use it early in the evening.
