Camping between (and below) river levee bike/walk path (nicely lit at night) and river—width varies 10 to 40m (most of width leveled) with grassy plants , steep drop to water so river access limited. Although more than 1 km of dirt road access available on both sides of the town, the south has trees for shade in the afternoon, but access path is rutted and may be a problem when wet. We asked at police outpost on riverbank about restrictions—free for anyone to camp, awesome!! No trash around wooded part. Wouldn’t advise big rigs.
