I did not go, personnaly... but we have more bad stories about this guy from locals, including violence. be safe...

DO NOT GO! Why you might ask, well where do I begin. First off the space to park fits one vehicle outside of the property on a gravel mound, power was only available after repeatedly pestering owner (his solar grid does not produce sufficient voltage I measured 90 volts a.c. which does not power most modern a.c. electronics) showers cold and Wi-Fi really only can download html emails... 1 hour from any civilization. ok that's just the good part.
Patrick the French Canadian owner is a lunatic who has been off his meds for too long. He rambles about aliens and brags about recreating a new civilisation completely sustainable by his power grid as he's the primary solar consultant in the Yucatan. He is proud of exploiting his workers to build his economy and his makeshift plumbing is an unavoidable eyesore that detract from the beautiful fruit trees. He wants to create a place for people to come and play PlayStation with his 4k projector on a private network from a tower he'll tell you he had telcel build which towers like a rusty steeple.
It is not a relaxing environment as the whole layout is built as schizophrenic as his bipolar attitude. Oh by the way he attacked me after I told him to stop insulting my girlfriend..... So i would warn anyone from being stranded in the jungle with an unpredictable sociopath who surely has guns...

it's not a camp yet. He's still building it, but it's mostly a farm. Patrick talks a lot! A lot. but it's kind of fun. He's also building some cabañas Right now. He has got a new phone number: +52 984 184 6842.

Great place. Very welcoming. Strongly advise you contact using WhatsApp as whilst the number given is Patrick's phone, the signal for the phone is poor.

Very nice wild spot, Patrick and Cecilia are really friendly. Here you can speak : spanish, english or french and buy Farm eggs and tropical fruits : the Best papaye we ever eat!

The round-pool is great and nights were good enough ( our daughter used her blanket which is rare in Yucatán in mai!). You can see toucans, colibris, blue geais and butterflies around the garden. You can also hike in the forest and maybe see other wildlife.

Prices are not bad: 125 pesos/pers, kids free. It s also possible to buy meals home-made with farm products if you ask in advance.
Telcel 3G near the house. If you don't have yet telcel they can sell you a prepaid card ( very cheap).

The dirt road is slow but We made It with a 28feet, we touched brushes but no need to cut trees! Better to mail ([email protected]) or call or text with WhatsApp (+52 9841197376) before : only 2 places to park big-rigs.

Nice change of scenery; real jungle camping. Originally set up for tentcamping and dorm or cabaña room. Space for one or two smaller vans up to 22 feet on the 'driveway'. It is a 12 km drive from Francisco Uh May on a very narrow dirtroad (slow but doable, about 45 minutes). The property is located in the middle of the jungle with nice fruit trees, shaded patios, hammocks, a smal pool and a firepit. The water is pumped up from the underground river, potable without filtering. The excentric owner Patrick is a solar power expert and has built the place himself. Many cute housecats around, chickens in the pen. Some telcel reception, but not much. 100 pesos per person, slept in our van. No hookup. Shower and toilet in guest palapa with community kitchen.
Contact Patrick on Whatsapp before driving up the dirtroad to make sure there is availability: +52 984 119 7376
