Something not right?

Description

Dispersed campsite with informal fire pit, plenty of room to park, just off of forest road. Quiet, very low traffic, easy access. I imagine most RVs could probably fit here if desired. 2 bars of LTE on Verizon. Four bars T-Mobile LTE.

if you like fire ants they are here and all over the national forest, but otherwise great campsite! our van pulled into it just fine, just be careful

Report Check-In

Got a permit from the ranger station. The site is large and flat only at one end, but fine for our van. We picked up a bag full of trash.

Report Check-In

Clean, huge campsite that's < 10 mins from a blacktop road. Initial check in coordinates are slightly off, but google maps should have the site named appropriately. It's on the north side of NF road 906 just prior to the intersection with NF 908. Site has 3 random firepits so take it slow if setting up at night. Slight highway noise and the occasional coon dogs / gun shots in the middle of the night.

Report Check-In

Easy access. Large site. Quiet. Did hear shooting range in the distance. Area designated site hunting camp. Did not check out other 13 sites. This one was perfect for overnight.

Report Check-In

The site looks good. Very large area. Two fore rings and a couple of fallen trees that have been placed by one of the rings for firewood. Some trash in the area from (simply put) lazy campers that have no appreciation for our lands. queit site with just a few cars passing by. Just a couple of miles from the Interstate.

Report Check-In

Tried to stay here, but couldn't: the gate was closed and locked. Not sure if that's a permanent closure, or seasonal, but other sites appear to be open, so I'm guessing it's closed indefinitely. Bummer, too, because the roads to the other campsites are horrible.

Report Check-In

Huge space. Feels like multiple camp spaces in one. Has two fire rings. Roads in are great, very smooth gravel.
