Description

We found this place by accident while searching g for a reasonable priced campsite.
Although probably not an official campground, the owner was very nice and allowed us to camp for $100 per person. Probably best suited for tent campers or small vans (the driveway isn’t the best!) the area itself is really nice.
We camped at the far side under the trees, he let us ride our motorcycles across the grass to the camping area. Very quiet in the day and dead quiet at night. Safe place, the gate closes at night, has toilets and cold shower, I believe there is a bar / basic restaurant in the week ends.
Much cheaper that all the other places we checked out which were asking for 250 pp/pn! Seems prices have doubled in the last 6 months yet there are no tourists here!
Anyway, good option if you want to spend a night or 2 next to the lagoon for not too much money.
