Road gets a bit dicey in the rain as it is steep and not much gravel. Also not many places to turn around. Didn't go all the way up, it's probably beautiful.
Report Check-InLooks like the access to the spot has been removed. You can still park your car on the side of the road and access to the spot by foot but not accessible by car anymore, probably access was closed by the loggers
Report Check-InLooks like the access. to the spot has been removed, there is now a bump so you cannot access it with your car. Still possible to park you vehicle on the side of the road and access to the spot by foot. The view is amazing though!
Report Check-InBeautiful scenery!
One of the most flamboyant spot up to now!
Boondocking at it’s best!
Serious climbing. Narrow dirt road
Well maintained
I got here on a weekend day it was very peaceful but on weekdays loggers drive by every once and a while even night time witch means noisy and lots of dust
Still worth it
As advertised, easy access on 7km forestry road, dusty but smoother than most, 5 bars of cell service
Report Check-InIf you're looking for a spot for the night around Sicamous, look no further. This road pullout is a 7km drive up a gravel road. Requires no ground clearance and no awd/4x4. It's quiet during the night and weekends (some lumbing trucks in the morning on weekdays) and the view is just amazing! More than that, the pullout is pretty leveled and easily fits around 2-3 vehicles/vans. There's also enough room to make a fire and a ton of old logging wood laying around.
