Latest Check-Ins

$27 per person to stay overnight in their parking lot is very expensive. The free shower and complimentary coffee doesn’t make it worth $54 charged to a travelling couple.

They now charge $54 for a spot on their parking lot. Wow!! You can still use the amenities, like shower, outdoor kitchen, etc. But imho the price is much too high. I wouldn't come back - for sure.

Rates are now $30 for Sun-Thurs for camping in tent area or staying in your vehicle in parking area. Amenities included: flush toilets, hot showers (may not be available during winter as they are outdoors), good WiFi, hammocks, outdoor community kitchen with hot plates and fridge. Close to town by foot or bicycle (however not a lot open during the week - still some good options though). We ended up staying two nights and second night had live music with cheap beer ($3 Lone Star tall boys). Info also posted on their website. Better compared to other options nearby.

You book this place on HipCamp, $20/person/night (though you could probably pretend you're one person)...showers, bathrooms, communal kitchen, and grass. I parked in the North side of the parking lot away from the office along with the other car campers.

The bookstore has a very VanLife and campy selection. It's close to a highway and can be intermittedly loud, so bring earplugs.

The price has either changed for this place or was originally misunderstood by previous reviewers. The cost per night is $21.50 per person… so for us (a couple) the total cost was $43.50/night. Considering that you are parked in a dirt parking lot (if you are in a van or RV), the price seems a little steep to us. That said, the showers are great, the property is super unique, the office/store is cute and there’s complimentary coffee in the morning. I’m not sure if we would have chosen to stay here if we’d known the price before arriving but once here, we got sucked into the aura and splurged on 2 nights. Also worth mentioning that renting a wood-fired hot tub costs $85 and needs to be booked 24hrs in advance. Property is very pet friendly and our dog enjoyed the pathways.

$21 to park in their parking lot and hang out in the really chill atmosphere. they have wood fired hot tubs to use and outdoor showers under the stars. I love this place.
