Found this by accident. A free Sani dump with non-potable water. You could spend night here as well because there is an 18 hour limit. Flush toilets (with TP), picnic tables and trash bins. Good LTE signal. There's a fountain beside the tables and a water pump but water was off - maybe when it's warmer....
